Job summary

CoolIT, an Ecolab Company, seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead multiple new product introductions from concept to launch. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers to ensure on-time delivery and program success.

Travel up to 20% globally, build strong customer relationships, translate requirements into PRDs and drive risk mitigation across DFMEA and program plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, product development, systems engineering, or NPI execution for complex engineered products.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships, understand customer needs, and translate requirements into executable plans.
• Strong engineering collaboration skills across design, validation, manufacturability, reliability, cost and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Core Team to drive from concept assessment to NPI launch readiness.
• Build strong customer relationships and support new business opportunities with proposals.
• Translate customer requirements into PRDs, scope, and measurable deliverables.
• Drive solution development with engineering, facilitating trade-offs and risk management.
• Support DFMEA activities and broader technical risk assessments.
• Develop mitigation plans, escalation paths, and launch readiness actions.
• Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales and customers.
• Monitor program health with schedules, risks, budgets and status reporting.
• Travel up to 10%-20% globally for customer and supplier activities.
