BairesDev is seeking aTechnical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives and align business goals with technical delivery. You will serve as the primary connector across multiple teams to navigate dependencies and deliver solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or project management for technical delivery.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs with defined scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Coordinate across engineering and product teams to manage dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and blockers to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate program progress and requirements to stakeholders at all levels.
• Establish standardized project management frameworks to improve delivery efficiency.
