You will drive end-to-end program delivery, collaborate across teams, and shape roadmaps while operating in a fully remote, flexible environment with top-tier compensation in USD.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams.
• Strong technical literacy with engineering or systems design background.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing high-level technical strategies.
• Ability to manage large-scale programs and cross-functional dependencies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams, define architectural direction and system standards.
• Set and govern technical strategy and roadmap decisions across teams.
• Manage interdependencies and remove obstacles across engineering orgs.
• Influence strategy as a senior technical voice and SME.
• Orchestrate operational readiness and high-performance delivery of initiatives.
