Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in engineering management or related roles.
- Client-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to multitask and lead teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving orientation and decision making.
- People management experience including performance planning.
- Solid IT industry background and technical know-how.
- Extensive Agile experience and delivery excellence.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Background as a Software Engineer with relevant technical grounding.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more medium to large-scale technology projects, often staff augmentation and software delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional, highly skilled teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Foster team growth and build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Execute strategic technology plans and monitor project outcomes.
- Coach and guide team members and ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Foster reliable communication and opportunities for professional growth.
- Evaluate billable utilization and support capacity planning and profitability forecasting.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
- Support IT strategies, evaluate outcomes, and assess trends and requirements.
