Engineering Program Manager at BairesDev

As an Engineering Program Manager, you will orchestrate complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. You will serve as the primary link between high-level strategy and technical execution, streamlining communication and removing bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of large-scale programs.

What You'll Do

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial strategic planning through to final deployment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to synchronize efforts across diverse engineering units and stakeholders.
• Define and refine technical roadmaps, ensuring they align with the organization's long-term technology strategy.
• Implement and optimize program management frameworks to improve operational efficiency and team velocity.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies that could impact project timelines or system stability.
• Communicate program status, risks, and strategic technical decisions to executive leadership and engineering partners.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical literacy and ability to define and drive technical strategy at scale.
• Hands-on experience with cross-team coordination and program management frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
