Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role within a product company.
• Engineering background with a CS/EE degree or hands-on engineering experience.
• Proven experience managing multi-team programs from kickoff to launch.
• Excellent written communication skills suited to asynchronous coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and operations.
• Transform vague initiatives into actionable plans with clear milestones and risk management.
• Facilitate program communication, providing status updates and escalating issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security in projects involving personal health data.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables with external partners, including labs and pharmacies.
• Enhance operational workflows without introducing bureaucracy.
