Ladders is seeking a Medical Director, Clinical Program Design to shape the clinical framework for a remote virtual care leader. You will drive protocol development, quality assurance, and AI-enabled workflows to scale safe, high-value care delivery.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner with product and engineering teams to improve clinical tools, set standards across growing programs, and ensure patient outcomes remain top priority in a fast-moving telehealth environment.

Formación

• MD or DO board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Extensive virtual care or telemedicine experience.
• Proven clinical leadership in telehealth or high-volume virtual practice.
• Experience building, running, or auditing a clinical quality assurance program.
• Proficient in authoring and maintaining clinical protocols.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and software.
• Active medical license in good standing in one or more states.

Responsabilidades

• Write, update, and refine clinical protocols for the care programs.
• Lead and scale the clinical QA program using AI integration.
• Develop frameworks to track patient and clinical outcomes.
• Manage escalation protocols for patient safety and clinical standards.
