Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and manage complex government-contract programs from concept to completion. You will implement and maintain technical programs in support of our customers’ mission, coordinating with stakeholders to review contracts, cost accounting, and technical deliverables.

You will guide planning using Agile methodologies, interact with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts, and ensure program goals and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software-based solutions on Government contracts.
• Ability to plan using Agile and Scrum practices with SMEs, schedulers, and analysts.
• Experience briefing senior leadership on contract performance.
• Experience coordinating with finance, subcontracts, contracts, legal, compliance, and recruiting teams.
• Knowledge of EW and Cyber technique development focusing on RF applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical delivery on government contracts to develop and deliver software-based solutions.
• Plan and manage using Agile frameworks and Sprint/ Scrum for scope and progress.
• Create project spend plans including cost forecasting and financial tracking.
• Brief senior leadership on contract performance and progress.
• Collaborate with business partner teams to execute contract requirements.
