Job summary

TylSemi is seeking a Technical Program Manager to bridge silicon, supply chain, and customer success, owning the operational thread from concept to silicon. You will drive visibility, align stakeholders, and steward engagements with founders and ecosystem partners.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll manage multiple customer programs end-to-end, coordinate with foundries, OSATs, EDA vendors, and IP partners, and build robust trackers and dashboards to ensure timely delivery and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical program or PM experience in semiconductor environments.
• Experience interfacing with foundries, OSATs, and EDA/IP partners.
• Familiarity with silicon fabrication and advanced packaging formats.
• Knowledge of RTL milestones, DV sign-off, PD handoffs, and tape-out timelines.
• Excellent ability to present program status and risk to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all active customer engagements end-to-end from spec alignment through tape-out and shipment milestones.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners including foundries, OSAT/packaging, EDA vendors, and IP partners.
• Translate customer requirements into internal program plans with owners and dates.
• Build and maintain program trackers, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
• Drive gate reviews and weekly program syncs across RTL/DV, physical design, and validation teams.
• Manage scoping and delivery timelines with technical and business teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks early to avoid schedule threats.
