Job summary

The United States Postal Service seeks a Project Coordinator & Data Analysis Support in Reston, VA to provide business and technical support for the PIV Engineering team, driving metrics, dashboards, and risk mitigation across nationwide telematics projects.

You will build real-time Power BI dashboards, perform descriptive to prescriptive analytics, manage project tracking, and translate complex data for non-technical leadership; US citizenship or green card and security clearance steps are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years in IT coordination, business analysis, or Agile/Predictive project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and project management tools (MS Project, Visio, Teams).
• Certifications: CAPM, PMP, ITIL 4, and/or AI and Agile fields are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deployment Dashboards: Monthly Power BI dashboards mapping PIV telematics rollout progress, usage telemetry, and uptime.
• Predictive Analytics Models: Documentation and data models identifying potential maintenance bottlenecks or deployment delays.
• Project Governance Reports: Risk registers, tracking metrics, and weekly status briefs via PowerPoint and OneNote.
