Job summary

Allbridge is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead testing and regression activities, deliver updates to roadmaps, and document best practices for deployment. You will partner with the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product to explore ecosystem solutions and drive new product opportunities across markets.

You will collaborate with Engineering Operations, Sales Engineering, Support, and other cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Six+ years in deployment or similar roles.
Rich experience with networking, CCTV, servers, workstations, PBX, VOIP, IPTV.
Experience in QA and regression testing.
Strong writing abilities for playbooks and testing reports.
Willingness to travel ~30% and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze and compare price, ease of use and interoperability of current products.
Collaborate with sales engineering and operations to understand needs or issues.
Assist in demos or workshops to support sales activities.
Document feature comparisons and playbooks for vendors and deployments.
Research vendor solutions to complement current offerings with Sr. VP of Engineering and Product.
Vet and operationalize new product opportunities with cross-functional teams.
Manage escalations for operations or support.
Maintain professionalism and align with Allbridge values in all interactions.
Assist in maintaining the lab environment with multiple technologies.
