Allbridge is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Managed Services & Video to drive product roadmaps, test new integrations, and document deployment playbooks. This remote US role collaborates with Engineering Operations, Sales Engineering, Support, and cross-functional teams. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product.

The position emphasizes evaluating new ecosystem solutions, ensuring QA of GA software, and delivering high-quality customer outcomes across markets.

Competenze

Minimum six years of deployment or similar experience.
Experience with networking, CCTV, servers, workstations, PBX, VOIP and IPTV.

Mansioni

Analyze and compare price, ease of use and interoperability of current products.
Maintain collaboration with sales engineering and operations to understand needs or issues.
Assist in demos or workshops to support sales engineering and project activities.
Provide documentation on product feature comparisons and vendor lines including deployment and support playbooks.
Research best-in-class vendor solutions to enhance current offerings.
Collaborate with leadership to vet and operationalize new product opportunities.
Manage escalations for operations or support.
