Job summary

You will translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements for IT systems, acting as a bridge between Marketing and IT. The role emphasizes collaboration across Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Sales Operations, Customer Care, and IT, with responsibilities for lifecycle management, program leadership, and agile

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/technical product experience in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience working between Marketing or business teams and IT to gather and communicate requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional requirements gathering and delivery activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Marketing/business stakeholders and IT, translating objectives into technical requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing products, promotions, and campaigns.
• Manage lifecycle of products, promotions, offers, and related system capabilities across services.
• Support backend IT configuration and development for customer and agent-facing experiences.
