Job summary

Govcio LLC is seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee the full software development lifecycle for assigned products in support of the VA Office of Connected Care. This fully remote position is based in the United States.

You will drive strategy, build and maintain the product roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and operations teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. A strong Agile background and experience with Jira are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years in product and/or project management in healthcare/technical environments.
Experience owning product roadmaps from requirements to production release.
Strong presentation skills for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Proficient in Agile project management and Jira tooling.

Responsibilities

Oversee full software development lifecycle for assigned products.
Transform vision into actionable plans and maintain the roadmap.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, QA and ops teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews with development teams.
Ensure cross-functional communication to remove blockers and align efforts.
Partner with data teams to analyze usage, optimize UX, and define KPIs.
Foster agile best practices and drive execution discipline across teams.
Coordinate discovery and requirements across cross-disciplinary teams.
Manage multiple projects with risk management, planning, and reporting.
