GovCIO is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, delivery, and ongoing oversight of a custom‑developed product within the OCC portfolio. This fully remote within the United States position requires coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment with mission‑critical outcomes.

Responsibilities include creating integrated project plans, managing budgets and schedules, and guiding vendor tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in product management.
• Proven track record overseeing custom software projects.
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilités

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervention with team members and line managers.
• Reports to a Program Manager.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical staff in their disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with team members to accomplish results.
• Manages vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
