Job summary

Yesim is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the technical implementation and reliability of our eSIM and telecom services. You will collaborate with Product, Telecom, Engineering, QA, and Support to turn vendor capabilities and provisioning requirements into robust product solutions.

You will drive integrations, manage provisioning flows, investigate issues, and ensure correct documentation and post-release validation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in telecom, eSIM, roaming, MVNO/MVNE/MNO.
• Strong understanding of eSIM activation and provisioning flows (ICCID, IMSI, EID, SM-DP+, APN).
• Experience with telco/vendor APIs, webhooks, logs, errors, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear product and engineering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own eSIM lifecycle provisioning, activation, and network registration.
• Manage telco/vendor integrations, APIs, webhooks, errors, and monitoring.
• Investigate production issues with Support and Engineering for fixes.
• Prepare requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for Dev/QA.
• Oversee changes through release and post-release validation.
