Xenon arc is seeking a Technical Product Manager to build and maintain strong R&D relationships with strategic customers. You will be the primary technical liaison, support troubleshooting, assist in product selection, and train both customers and the XTPR team.

The role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Remote, full-time position with travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and strong technical background required.
• Experience as Technical Account Manager or Technical Product Manager preferred.
• Proactive, customer-first approach with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture long-term R&D relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated technical issues and guide troubleshooting.
• Deliver regular technical trainings and develop guides for customers and internal teams.
• Develop growth campaigns tied to applications and market segments.
