Job summary
Polynt Composites USA is seeking an experienced Technical Assistance Representative/Chemist to support customers across the Western US and Western Canada. The role involves product recommendations, testing, training, and troubleshooting to drive customer satisfaction and product development.
You will work with commercial, operations and R&D teams, perform process reviews, document findings and provide technical support during trials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level science or engineering degree required.
- Minimum 2 years related industry experience in polyester and vinyl ester thermoset resins, other thermoset resins or gel coats.
- Proficiency with SAP and MS Office; demonstrated project documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product recommendations, testing, training and troubleshooting.
- Conduct product trials and document performance for R&D and commercial teams.
- Prepare call reports and customer correspondence.
- Support process reviews and provide technical guidance to customers.
