Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical marketing, solutions marketing, product marketing, technical communications, solutions architecture, or engineering within B2B technology.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Center Infrastructure, Technical Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accurate, compelling narratives across formats (white papers, presentations, etc.).
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, sales, and exec stakeholders to drive alignment and validate technical claims.
• Track record of creating training, sales tools, or readiness programs for teams.
• Autonomy with strong project management in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and produce high-impact technical assets (white papers, briefs, reference architectures, demos) that articulate Siemens’ value.
• Build sales tools and co-deliver training programs, workshops, and launch materials for sellers and partners.
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and solution architects to validate technical claims, benchmarks, and proofs of value.
• Bridge between technical teams, product management, sales, and marketing for consistent audience messaging.
• Leverage data analytics and AI approaches to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
