Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technical Development Lead - Real-Time Visibility to shape the visualization strategy for DISA GSM-O II. The role leads the design and delivery of single-pane dashboards, UI/UX patterns, and data products across a cloud-based environment with Elastic/Kibana, Kafka, and Databricks.

You will guide agile teams, work with stakeholders, and translate mission needs into epics and implementation plans while ensuring cybersecurity and operational readiness.

Qualifications

Experience leading data visualization, observability, or analytics in complex environments.
Hands-on dashboards and data products using Elastic/Kibana with performance tuning.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and deployment of real-time visualization dashboards and analytics.
Define target-state visualization architecture, UX patterns, and governance.
Guide cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, and ensure secure, scalable delivery.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable visualization-ready data pipelines.
Brief leadership on strategy, risks, and options; drive iterative capability demonstrations.
