Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Technical Development Lead for Real-Time Visibility to drive the data visualization strategy across the GMS/RTV environment. You will chair architecture, UI/UX, data engineering, and Agile delivery efforts to deliver mission-critical dashboards, analytics, and automated workflows.

You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, and government stakeholders to shape roadmaps, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and enable rapid decision-making for DISA and GSM-O II programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data visualization, observability, analytics, or data-driven operations in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and data products using Elastic/Kibana.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead execution of the RTV data visualization strategy and roadmap.
• Define visualization architecture, UX patterns, and reusable components for Kibana and related tools.
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment of dashboards, alerts, and analytics for real-time visibility.
