This fully remote, US-based role partners with Application Support SMEs, Knowledge Management, Product, and Engineering to translate complex technical concepts into knowledge articles, runbooks, decision trees, and training materials customers can

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with knowledge management systems or support tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, decision trees, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Application Support SMEs to capture product-specific steps and best practices.
• Analyze support cases and trends to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content.
• Convert SME-led trainings into reusable reference materials.
• Ensure content follows established standards, taxonomy, and publishing workflows.
• Maintain technical content for accuracy, completeness, and usability.
• Document product behavior and escalation information for support teams.
• Track enablement requests in a prioritized backlog based on impact.
