You will guide architectural direction across integration domains, partnering with senior engineers, product leads, and executives to set strategy and ensure scalable, reliable B2B integrations.

You will build domain knowledge of partner integration patterns, document design decisions, and lead a team of 40–50+ engineers while driving growth and partner adoption through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/EE/Math with extensive experience (15+ years) or advanced degrees
• Experience designing and evolving service-oriented architectures and distributed systems
• Experience applying AI/ML to accelerate architecture and integration quality at scale
• Demonstrated ownership as a principal technical and product contributor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence across teams

Responsibilities

• Own architectural assessment and simplification across multiple teams or domains.
• Guide architectural decisions and system evolution with senior engineers and business partners.
• Document architecture decisions and trade-offs clearly and effectively.
• Translate architectural needs and user feedback into improvements for platforms, tools, or processes.
• Contribute code and design improvements to internal systems.
• Shape engineering standards and best practices across the organization.
