Qualifications
- 15+ years in software development or related engineering fields.
- 5+ years managing engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET, Java, C#, and modern frameworks.
- Proven track record delivering SaaS-based software with microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to ensure features meet specifications.
- Contribute hands-on by writing code, debugging, and designing APIs.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers for professional growth.
- Build and oversee system architecture, influencing product roadmaps.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align engineering with business goals.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in scalability and efficiency.
- Define and track KPIs to balance speed and quality in software delivery.
