What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for elevated technical issues with residential or commercial services' clients
- Handle direct inbound calls from Residential, HBS (Business), and Hospitality customers
- Troubleshoot and solve Tier 1 issues, escalating when necessary, and ensure prompt follow-up
- Review scheduled trouble tickets for possible remote resolution and perform follow-up testing
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the employer's product line and applications utilized by customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, and technical support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules/shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to speak clearly using grammatically correct English; other language skills are a plus

- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues in a telecommunications environment
- Familiarity with DSL or high-speed internet services and technical requirements
