What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high call volume, addressing a full range of customer inquiries related to new installations, scheduling follow-ups, and billing explanations
- Provide exceptional customer service, exemplifying White Glove Service
- Act as the primary support liaison between the employer and new customers
- Assist customers with setting up new services and scheduling appointments
- Provide technical support for IPTV and Internet services, addressing complex questions regarding product functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and compassion while maintaining personal excellence
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules/shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
