What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical telephone, IPTV, and Internet support to customers and answer complex questions regarding product functionality
- Perform follow-up testing and troubleshooting to assist customers with technical support issues
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to make service recommendations and resolve issues
- Serve as the primary support liaison between the employer and residential customers
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the employer's product line and related applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, or technical support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have DSL or high-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 25 MB/s
