Johnson Lambert LLP is currently seeking an Engagement Resources and Coordinator Specialist to join our team.

As an Engagement Resources and Coordinator Specialist, your responsibilities will include supporting the engagement cycle, ensuring a positive client experience through timely kickoff and wrap-up of audit engagements. The role involves administrative, compliance, and basic accounting tasks, primarily performed independently with a focus on written communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare client correspondence for review
  • Manage requests related to engagements
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure receipt of necessary client materials
  • Communicate with team members to facilitate smooth engagements and escalate delays when needed
  • Draft, format, and proofread client deliverables
  • Prepare and complete client request lists, engagement letters, and audit confirmations
  • Analyze client data and verify documentation accuracy
  • Maintain and update client and engagement data in workflow software
  • Track deadlines and ensure adherence
  • Support projects across business units
Qualifications & Selection Process:
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and terminology
