We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Editor & Document Support Specialist to provide on-call support for development, review, editing, quality assurance, and production of client-facing deliverables for federal contracts. The role supports program management, operations, quality, and technical teams by ensuring documents meet contractual requirements and standards.

Qualifications

• Authoritative editing, document management, and QA experience for client deliverables.
• Ability to coordinate reviews, track changes, and ensure templates and style compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Edit client deliverables for technical accuracy and clarity.
• Support document assembly, formatting, version control, and final production.
• Coordinate redline reviews, stakeholder feedback, and approvals.
