Qualifications

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements into practical solutions for materials and processing.
• Experience in aerospace/composite materials and applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level, customer-focused technical support across product portfolio and processes.
• Build and maintain technical relationships with Aerospace customers across the Americas.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and Hexcel teams (Sales, Production, Marketing, Product Mgmt, R&T).
• Partner with customers at sites to troubleshoot challenges and optimize applications.
• Guide customers on materials selection and processing for various aerospace applications.
• Support qualifications, new product development, and tech introductions with key customers.
• Collaborate to identify customer needs and translate them into new products and applications.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive materials and processes to inform tech development.
