You will serve as a trusted technical partner to Commercial Aerospace OEMs and Tier One manufacturers, guiding material selection and processing techniques while collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and R&T teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering with 5+ years in composites or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with aerospace OEMs and credible technical relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across the Americas/Canada.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level, customer-focused technical support across Hexcel's portfolio and manufacturing processes.
• Build strong technical relationships with Commercial Aerospace customers and lead technology reviews.
• Act as technical liaison between customers and Hexcel with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with customers at their sites to troubleshoot challenges and expand Hexcel materials.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product and process opportunities.
• Support material qualifications, specifications, and new technology introductions.
