Job summary

Practifi is hiring a Technical Consultant to translate client requirements into scalable Practifi solutions, collaborate with a Business Analyst, and deliver end-to-end builds. The role involves leading client calls, conducting training sessions, and acting as a trusted escalation for complex configurations.

You'll join a remote-first team across the US, with mentors and senior colleagues to support growth toward Senior Technical Consultant. Prior fintech/SaaS exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Salesforce and Practifi objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning Pages, plus building screen flows and record-triggered flows of moderate complexity.
• Comfort with Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, and Dev Console, including querying and updating records directly in the data model.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Custom Permissions) and configuring it to client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage client projects through SOWs, scope requirements and design a scalable solution with BA partnership.
• Lead or participate in client calls to gather requirements and build in Practifi per development lifecycle.
• Run training sessions and demos so clients understand what was built and why.
