Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in solutions consulting, strategy, analytics or a related role.
• SQL and Python proficiency with comfort working directly with data.
• Experience building dashboards or recurring reporting (Looker/Tableau/Mode).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Function as a solutions consultant, translating questions into structured analyses.
• Own deal-related analyses supporting LP partnerships across Upstart products.
• Analyze deal economics, risk/return profiles, and product configurations.
• Translate findings into recommendations for deal structuring and pricing.
• Partner with Capital Markets, Sales, Product, and Finance teams.
