Job summary

Juniper Square is hiring a Technical Consultant to empower clients in maximizing the value of our investment management platform. You will design, deliver, and optimize tailored solutions, partnering with clients across their organizations to improve adoption and outcomes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training and documentation, while leveraging AI tools to streamline recurring tasks and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients within the investment management industry.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations, including executive-level audiences.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) productively for day-to-day work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 10% as needed.
• Technical experience in working with API implementations is a plus.
• Previous consulting experience helping customers achieve outcomes in a technical manner.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand strategic goals and craft adoption plans aligned with objectives.
• Lead design and implementation of solutions, ensuring timely execution.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse user groups.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with PM, CS, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and influence roadmap.
• Develop standard operating procedures to enhance team efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation on product and best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate recurring work and document client use-cases.
