Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Technical Consultant to help clients maximize the value of our investment management platform. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding adoption, designing tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships across client organizations.

In this role you’ll lead implementation efforts, deliver targeted training, and collaborate with Product, Success, and Support teams to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients within the investment management industry.
• Executive-level presentation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with analytical prowess.
• Proactive problem solving and process-improvement mindset.
• Experience using AI tools for day-to-day tasks and prompt engineering.
• Travel up to 10% nationally as needed.
• API implementation experience is a plus.
• Previous consulting experience helping customers achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand goals and craft adoption plans.
• Lead design and implementation of solutions to deliver results.
• Develop and deliver training for diverse user groups.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product functionality and industry best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and influence roadmap.
• Develop SOPs to improve team efficiency.
• Create and maintain product/process documentation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate recurring work and document client use-cases.
