Juniper Square is hiring a Technical Consultant to empower clients in maximizing value from our investment management platform. You’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding implementations and deepening customer relationships through product knowledge and industry insights.

You will design, develop, and deliver tailored solutions, understanding client workflows and guiding best practices for adoption, utilization, and outcomes across organizations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment management industry.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for day-to-day tasks.
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 10%.
• Previous consulting experience helping customers achieve technical outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand strategic goals and craft adoption plans.
• Lead design and implementation of solutions to achieve outcomes.
• Develop and deliver training programs for diverse user groups.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with PM, CS, Support, and Product teams to resolve complex issues.
• Create SOPs to improve team efficiency.
• Document product and procedural best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to expedite recurring work and document outcomes.
