Polynt Composites USA is seeking a Technical Assistance Representative/Chemist for Composite Resins to support customers across the western United States and western Canada. You will assist with product selection, testing, training, and troubleshooting, helping drive product approvals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, conducting field trials, reviewing processing parameters, and communicating technical recommendations to customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to customers at their location or Polynt facilities.
• Assist customers with product testing, benchmarking and troubleshooting.
• Develop knowledge of one or more chemistries, applications and processes.
• Document and report customer visits and findings; write call reports and letters.
• Coordinate field adjustments and communicate recommendations to customers and R&D/commercial teams.

S. in chemistry, chemical engineering or related science/engineering field
