Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a driven Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will own design and coordination for small to mid-sized projects, collaborating across teams and ensuring delivery from concept to completion.

This role requires translating requirements into user stories and BRDs with strong stakeholder facilitation. The position emphasizes cross-functional analysis, ROI estimation, and familiarity with Sabre and corporate technology

Qualifications

Proven experience translating business requirements into tech documentation (User Stories, BRDs).
Experience coordinating technical projects and delivering in fast-paced environments.
Strong ability to estimate ROI and LOE for initiatives.

Responsibilities

Translate business problems into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.
Lead design, coordination, and delivery of small to mid-level technical projects.
Perform gap analysis and build detailed workflows across teams.
Facilitate meetings and drive consensus with stakeholders.
Coordinate all aspects of project delivery to meet timelines and objectives.
Document scope and updates using standard templates.
Analyze cross-functional impacts across reporting, operations, finance, product and marketing.
