Job summary

Qualis1 Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support a V4C initiative. You will document business and technical requirements and translate them into clear, structured technical documentation for development teams.

You will gather requirements, create BRDs and process flows, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and maintain project documentation. The role is remote, part-time (20 hours per week).

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Excellent business and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with development/technical teams.
• Ability to work 20 hours per week remotely.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Create clear, well-structured BRDs, functional requirements, process flows, and related documentation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development teams.
• Support requirement reviews, testing, UAT, and issue clarification.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
