Job summary

Cloudforce is recruiting a Technical Business Analyst for a fully remote role with occasional onsite meetings in the DMV area. You will collaborate directly with client stakeholders and our technical teams to learn the client domain, translate requirements, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders and internal teams to understand needs, workflows, constraints.
• Develop knowledge of client domain, systems, and long-term goals.
• Lead discovery conversations with business and technical stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and docs.
• Bridge between senior developers and client-side stakeholders for shared understanding.
