Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering is required.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of sales engineering experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Spanish fluency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and pursue new business in the territory.
• Engage customers for sale of air-cooled heat exchangers, fans, and service parts.
• Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and lunch-and-learns at refineries and power plants.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and customer meetings.
• Advise customers on product fit, selection, and installation considerations.
• Collaborate with service teams to ensure prompt customer support and service.
• Prepare quotes and route opportunities to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain and update CRM with quotes and sales activities.
• Monitor competitive activity and forecast market demand.
