Job summary

Expion Health invites a Technical Architect to join a distributed team, shaping scalable, cost-efficient solutions for pharmacy cost management. You will partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define architecture roadmaps and drive implementation across cloud-native platforms.

You will lead design of complex systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate with sales and executives to articulate capabilities and strategy, ensuring alignment with cost-containment goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the healthcare payer or PBM industry.
• 8+ years of experience architecting and delivering solutions for healthcare payers or PBMs.
• 8+ years in a solution architecture leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient technology solutions.
• Define and maintain solution architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Lead design of complex systems, including integrations, data architecture, application design, and infrastructure.
