Job summary

10X Health System is seeking a Solution Architect to drive end-to-end architecture from business intent to working code. You will validate designs by delivering reference implementations and 50-60% of initiatives before handing to teams, owning the tech roadmap and platform coherence across web, cloud, integrations and mobile.

The role requires hands-on architecture, deep cloud and API expertise, DevOps discipline, and a focus on security and HIPAA compliance within healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on architect roles on complex multi-system initiatives.
• Proven track record taking initiatives from concept to production and building foundational implementations.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, integrations, and scalable architecture; Azure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design end-to-end: from business intent to product and system architecture, integration design, and buildable specs.
• Prove architecture in code by building reference implementations and riskiest vertical slices (50-60%).
• Produce granular, development-ready specifications for rapid execution by developers and AI agents.
• Own and maintain the technology roadmap aligned with company strategy and leadership.
