Job summary

HealthPartners in the United States is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to serve as the technical authority for enterprise-wide cybersecurity architecture strategy across its integrated payer and provider organization.

You will partner with executive stakeholders and engineering teams to influence investments, guide roadmaps, and establish standards that enable secure, scalable digital transformation while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, CS, CE, or related field.
• Ten years of progressive information security experience.
• Three years in enterprise or cybersecurity architecture accountability.
• CISSP certification.
• Healthcare payer/provider regulatory knowledge.
• Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and practices.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy and target-state vision.
• Establish architectural principles, standards, procedures and controls.
• Align cybersecurity architecture with business, clinical, and technology strategies.
• Guide long-term cybersecurity investments and modernization decisions.
• Provide architectural leadership for HIPAA, HITRUST, CMS, PCI DSS, NACHA and others.
• Mentor analysts and engineers to raise architectural maturity.
