The incumbent will operate from a home base, coordinating cross‑functional teams and delivering policy and technical outputs to advance biodiversity finance globally.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in environmental science or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years biodiversity credits experience is considered.
• Experience with policy, finance, or biodiversity markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of biodiversity credit markets and key actors.
• Support integrity assessments and guidance for biodiversity credits.
• Coordinate working groups and deliver technical outputs.
• Organize consultations, compile issue papers and technical reports.
• Provide capacity building to governments, Indigenous Peoples, and communities.

Education

Advanced university degree in Environmental Science/Management or related field

First-level university degree with 2 years qualifying biodiversity credits experience
