Job summary

Veeva Systems, a Work Anywhere company, seeks an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Vault Medical. You will automate content lifecycle from medical reviews to publishing, using AI to accelerate speed-to-market for critical health communications while ensuring compliance.

Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to build production-ready AI agents, define KPI-based ROI, and navigate regulatory constraints in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI
• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs
• Architectural knowledge: data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for regulated content
• Ability to translate AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders (Legal, Medical, Regulatory)
• Experience with data modeling (ERDs)
• Based in a region in the Eastern Standard Time zone
• Authorized to work in USA or Canada

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on: design, prototype, define, configure, and validate solutions rapidly.
• Be agile: design, implement, iterate.
• Be a storyteller: author and communicate actionable requirements to engineering teammates.
• Be a team player: collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product Management.
• AI Orchestration & Design: lead production-ready AI Agent applications focusing on data flow, RAG, and prompts.
• Strategic Product Discovery: identify high-impact AI use cases in Medical Affairs workflows.
• Define KPIs and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
