Armada is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to serve as the right hand to the Director of Technical Accounting, driving complex US GAAP research, owning audit readiness, and partnering cross‑functionally to ensure our accounting framework keeps pace with rapid business growth.

This high‑impact, fast‑moving role requires 6–8 years of progressive accounting, Big 4 background, deep US GAAP knowledge (ASC 606/842/718/340-40), and a CPA license.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience with technical depth.
• Public accounting experience required; Big 4 preferred.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, incl. ASC 606, 842, 718, 340-40.
• Direct experience with public SEC filers.
• Experience preparing/reviewing technical accounting memos and position papers.
• Experience supporting external audits and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex US GAAP research and memo drafting.
• Own audit readiness and external audit coordination.
• Develop and implement accounting policies for the global org.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Tax on initiative accounting.
• Provide training on US GAAP and company accounting policies.
