Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q, and other regulatory reports.
• Provide guidance on GAAP and complex accounting standards across client engagements.
• Support clients on projects including IPO readiness, M&A, and financial reporting initiatives.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, disclosures, and variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and internal controls.
• Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
