Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Experience researching FASB ASC and Big 4 guidance.
• Experience supporting financial reporting controls and external audits.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects collaboratively in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures with GAAP compliance.
• Own quarterly and annual financial reporting controls and audit liaison.
• Review complex, judgment-heavy areas (e.g., commissions) during close.
• Conduct technical accounting research and draft memos.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies; adopt new standards.
• Identify emerging complexities and partner with cross-functional teams.
