Job summary

Cadmatic, a leading global developer of 3D-based design, engineering, and information management software for marine, process, and construction industries, seeks a Technical Account Manager to support customers across the USA and Canada. You will guide customers in setup, use, and optimization of Cadmatic environments and contribute to presales demonstrations.

This remote role reports to the Regional Sales Director of Americas and offers travel to client sites with flexible hours, plus a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent field.
• Experience with CAD, CAE, PLM or similar engineering software.
• Background in shipbuilding or marine engineering is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly.
• Willingness to travel and work remotely with occasional on-site visits.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical contact for assigned customers.
• Support onboarding, training, and enablement of Cadmatic solutions.
• Learn customer workflows and advise on optimal configuration.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate resolution with Product, R&D, and Support.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• Maintain technical account documentation and track account health.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to improve services.
